Two killed One badly injured in shootout, Third night of Kenosha Protests
Third night of protest against the shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha,WI was a horrific scene of a shooting that had left two people dead and a third injured.
Officers were called to the scene of the injured gunshot victims near 11:45pm. The third victim was sent to the hospital with “serious, but non-life threatening injuries.”
The investigation is currently still ongoing and no names as of yet have been reported. The New York Times reports the shooting occurred after a group of demonstrators and a group of men with weapons aiming to protect their business.
On Tuesday, protests led to Wisconsin’s governor forcing that a state of emergency happens because of cars being set on fire.
Yesterday morning, Blake’s father announced sadly that his son is paralyzed from the waist down. Followed by that, he was shot eight times and officers are unsure if the damage was permanent.
