Rihana just purchased New Mansion listing at $13.8 Million

Rihanna keeps coming at us with her boss' moves.

The Savage Fenty founder recently bought a new luxurious Beverly Hills mansion, worth $13.8 million. After all, her Savage Fenty lingerie line is doing so good that it was recently valued at $1 billion last month.

Her new estate features 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Dirt.com reports that the property is a 7,600-s square-foot modern home with modern farmhouse features. Her house is so luxurious that the 9x Grammy winner’s home is in the same neighborhood as The Beatles legend, Sir Paul McCartney. Ri and McCartney collaborated with Kanye West back in 2015 on the 3x platinum single “FourtyFiveSeconds.”

Some of the fancy features include a living room with a fireplace, family rooms with a lounge, library, and full bar. On the outside of the property, it includes a swimming pool as well. With this new and expensive purchase, Rihanna now owns five multi-million dollar properties.
