Michael Jordan puts in $10 million to help create two Health Clinics in his Hometown

Michael Jordan is consistently donating to the healthcare system especially in his hometown, and he continues to share his wealth with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Michael Jordan teamed up with Novant Health to open up two clinics in Wilmington, North Carolina. TMZ reports that he is donating $10 million to make it happen.

The healthcare organization said the clinics will offer “comprehensive primary care, including behavioral health and social support services, to the area’s most vulnerable communities.”

Jordan stated, “Everyone should have access to quality health care, no matter where they live, or whether or not they have insurance. Wilmington holds a special place in my heart and it’s truly gratifying to be able to give back to the community that supported me throughout my life.”

A very generous contribution from Michael Jordan deserves nothing but praise from his hometown and is more important now than ever because hopefully soon we will get through this.
