Jay-Z turned Down Super Bowl Performance Due to Colin Kaepernick Wrongly Doing

As everyone knows, the Super bowl just passed last Sunday, February 2nd with the Chiefs winning over the 49ers 31-20. People still have issues with football, especially what happened to Colin Kaepernick during 2016 when he kneeled to the national anthem. This caused a lot of controversy and conflict during that time. As the years went by, Jay Z wanted to be apart of the NFL business but as this Super Bowl came around he denied any performances. He told the league “no” due to his performance they wanted him to do with celebrities Kanye West and Rihanna of the song “Run this town”. He also stated,

“Of course I would have, but I said, ‘No, you get me,'”.That is not how you go about it, telling someone that they’re going to do the halftime show contingent on who they bring. I said forget it. It was the principal thing.” He explained they should have come about it better and maybe he would have done it. Of course,

, but he was ok with it because he’s only in it to keep moving forward and pushing his cause. He also addressed Colin Kaepernick and agreed that he was done wrong. He expressed that he was done wrong and it wasn’t three months ago it was three years ago so what do we do now?
