French Montana has just announced his new film, ‘FOR KHADIJA’ (which is for his mother Khadija), which will premiere on June 16 at the Tribeca Film Festival this year.
The film will be directed by Mandon Lovett and have executive producers Aubrey “Drake” Graham and Sean “Diddy” Combs. The story will highlight the struggles and sacrifices that had to be made by an immigrant woman who left her native country and took on many different jobs to support her sons in order to make a better life for herself and her family.
The premiere will showcase to the fans an inside look into Montana’s life, family, upbringing, immigration process, and the struggles he faced in the music industry. A panel discussion with important figures from hip-hop, social justice movements, and popular culture will take place before the premiere. Following the movie, French Montana and other well-known guests will do special performances.
