Oprah Winfrey has her own protest by purchasing over two dozen billboards in dedication to Breonna Taylor. She also gave her the cover of O Magazine.
The billboard told supporters to contact Until Freedom and demand pressure towards the people who are handling Breonna’s case and bring it to justice once and for all.
“Demand that the police involved in killing Breonna Taylor be arrested and charged. Visit UntilFreedom.com,” the billboard states. Sadly, one of the billboards in Louisville was ruined.
The sign was posted tall on Lexington Road before someone splashed red paint on it, which might replicate a gunshot wound. After some citizen complaints, the paint was removed by the afternoon. But of course, no one knows who is responsible or if there will be a police investigation.
The people who killed Breonna Taylor are still at large and Attorney General, Daniel Cameron, recently met with her family to give his personal condolences. But unfortunately, there is still no word if her murderers will be put away and be behind bars.
