AlJermiah Nine Trey gangster sentenced to 17 years after 6ix9ine Testimony

Brooklyn rapper 6ix9ine continues to bring down former gang members, with Nine Trey second in command being sentenced to 17 years in federal prison February 24th. 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, helped the feds land gun and drug charges against AlJermiah Mack aka “Nuke” after the 2018 federal takedown of Nine Trey, which is based in Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, NY. Nuke held the “High 020” position, which is second in command of the gang. Judge Paul Englemeyer stated, “You had a particular impact on the gang’s narcotics operations' ' during the sentencing. He also stated that Nuke would serve time on the west coast because being away from the same city or around the area where his gang is at would minimize the damage that he can cause. Due to 6ix9ine cooperation, he was only sentenced to 2 years in federal prison, which will be fulfilled before the end of 2020.
