Jay Z signs former mentor Jaz- O to Roc Nation

Paying homage to one of the more instrumental figures in his artist development, Jay Z has extended the Roc Nation olive tree to former mentor and collaborator Jaz O. For years the two had remained estranged even exchanging jabs on wax, but respect and loyalty has prevailed as Jay Z has signed Jaz O's Kingz Kounty Media Group imprint to a distribution deal with Roc Nation. Details on releases are uncertain at this time but a hats off is in order to Hov for extending opportunity and allowing things to come full circle. Check out some of the duos earlier work together:
