It has been a trivial past couple of days for rapper/actor Asap Rocky (Rakim Meyers) As he is currently detained in Sweden for an alleged assault on a man. The video of the incident has spread like wildfire across social media and many fans and rappers alike are coming to his defense. A close friend and music partner Asap Ferg Showed his solidarity by posting pictures of Asap rocky and also questioning the law authority in Sweden.

Asap rocky has been in Europe the past couple of weeks and was scheduled to perform in Stockholm Sweden the day after the assault occurred. According to asap he and his entourage were walking in the town when a deranged fan kept following them and harassing women which led to asap rocky and his crew to beat him up. After police were called to the location Asap rocky was immediately detained and according to the authorities he can face up to 6 years in prison if convicted of "Gross Assault" Many fans are hashtagging freeasap and with this being a developing story many are awaiting the verdict.
