Growing up on Nas, Jay-Z and Notorious B.I.G., it is easy to see why Notes 82 may be considered a rising star in the Hip-Hop game.
A native of East New York section of Brooklyn, New York, the MC may not have been born into music, but his parents made sure it played frequently during his development. With icons such as Marvin Gaye and Anita Baker blasting on the radio, it was certain Notes strived for greatness in himself.

All grown up and focused to make an immediate impact, Notes started his own music company, Clearview Music Group in 2016 and release his first full-length project, The Vision. Riding high from the release, the Brooklyn native remained consistent dropping the mixtape Good Morning America in 2017.
His campaign for the release of Reflections caught the eye of an independent music blog, Voiceless Music, and the website’s award winner Live Johnson that changed Notes music career forever. With much fanfare, Notes joined Live’s newest imprint Every Dollar Counts and begun to work on his extended play, 8, and his debut album, Since 1982 under the independent production label and his newly rebranded company, Notes82 Production Company. Between working with EDC, and developing his skills as a graphic artist assisting other artists and brands like himself with promotion, Notes 82 is prepared to take his place amongst Hip-Hop royalty.
For Notes, the sky’s the limit.
