Kodak Black was denied bail after appearance in court Wednesday May 29th, after federal prosecutors officially appealed the judge's previous decision of a bond set at $550,000. U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno stated, "I'm very concerned with the type of guns he wanted to get a hold of ... and that he has a prior [criminal history]. He was out on bond [from the South Carolina case], and he committed an offense."
