Jailed rapper Tay K was in court today seeking to get a bail set in his capital murder case, however, judge Wayne Salvant was having no parts of that request. Judge Salvant has denied the bail request, stating that he does not believe that Tay K deserves a second chance. Judge Salvant has categorized Tay K as a threat to society and even cited that he bragged about fleeing the law on his hit song “The Race”.
