Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J has been ordered to surrender himself to authorities in New York for allegedly ignoring court-ordered child support payments totaling an astounding 7-figures that were supposed to be paid to his ex Carol Bennett, a retired music industry executive.

Bennett has sued Stevie J under the 1992 Child Support Recovery Act which states that individuals are forbidden to leave any state in the U.S. owes more than $10K in child support for more than 2 years.

Reports have it that in addition to the debt his character has been called into question resulting from a failure of multiple drug tests in January of last year. Stevie is facing at least 6 months in jail for his debt which has soared to over $1.3M
