Jay Z speaks on his boycott of the grammy and the importance of its place in the business as he empowers artists and more to be involved in the process that they hold so dear to them. Reminding us all that it is less fruitful to stand on the outside and criticize than it is to be on the inside affecting the change that we want to see both in music and otherwise.
