The NFL Network have confirmed that the Philadelphia Eagles star quarterback Carson Wentz is out for the remainder of the season with a Torn Left ACL. The injury occurred during the teams' win against the Rams yesterday as Wentz attempted to run into the end zone and was met with two hits by Ram's defensive players. Wentz was able to walk to the locker room on his home, but examinations later did not go well. Although only a partial tear, Wentz will be sidelined for the rest of the season. Quarterback Nick Foles will be in the lineup as his replacement. The Eagles are currently in 1st place in the NFC.
