Born Darrell D. Daniels, Grasa is Baton Rouge Louisiana based performing artist. Built on authenticity, not to mention street credibility, Grasa has had aspirations of jumping into the Hip Hop culture as an MC since about 15 years old. Influenced by Chris Jackson AKA Nussie, a well-known tastemaker Grasa released his debut, No Turning Back via iTunes and has never looked back. Wanting nothing more than to be a household name, Grasa applies the same effort in this venture as he has all of his successful endeavors beforehand.

"I have always been a go getter. That is something I was taught at a young age. I have never been one to sit on my hands."

Known for creating magic in anything he puts his hands on, Grasa has his sights set on claiming his potential of being the next big thing out of his home state. A father of three, and faithful husband Grasa uses that as his motivation in addition to that of the support he gets from his day ones. Formerly known as JackBoi, he has capitalized off of earlier success with singles such as Shoot Out. Now committed to his current brand, Grasa has hit the radar of many with his Black Yungsta (Yo Gotti's CMG imprint signee) assisted 100 single which is a favorite as well as All I Know which are both available digitally. A brand ambassador for Hood Stars apparel, Grasa has shared stages with the likes of YFN Lucci, Young Dro, and Scarface.
