Lavish Life Magazine caught up with International Nova to talk about his music and new projects for 2022. The Latin artist, originally from the ‘boogie down’ Bronx, now living it up in the city of entertainment, Atlanta said this year is one of his most amazing years. His hit single ‘Controla’ surpassed over 1.3 million streams on Spotify, breaking an epic record for the artist. Nova also knocked down barriers when his single ‘Dale’ debuted on AMC’s sister company, ALLBLK. It was featured on the brand new, but quickly loved series, ‘Covenant’.
Let’s not forget International Nova was recognized as the ‘Global Artist to Watch’ by a world-renowned magazine, Rolling Stone! The star spent the summer of 2021 using his humanitarian efforts to promote summer reading to the youth and nurture his passion, giving back to the diverse Latin community. A phenomenal accomplishment for Nova was when he took on the ambassador role with the LifeLine Animal Project, a non-profit center for the humane treatment of animals. On the music end, he emerged as an impeccable producer that has produced numerous singles.
He made his impression on the R&B and Hip-Hop audiences when he took the stage and performed with big names such as Pitbull, French Montana, and Musiq Soulchild. He won the crowds over and left them in an Afro-Caribbean musical trance. If he looks familiar, that is because the star brought nothing but spice to the hit drama, ‘Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta’. Nova also made an appearance in the iconic movie about the late beloved rapper, Tupac Shakur ‘All Eyez On Me’ so he is no stranger to film.
